How many calories do you have to burn to lose a pound?
Approximately 3500. Than means that you should eat 100 calories less a day for 35 days or 500 less calories for 7 days, or walk an hour a day for 22 days, or do combination of walking and eating less. Remember, even if you exercise every day, if you take in (eat) more that you burn, you’ll gain weight.

I totally agree, before i was wondering i didn’t loose any weight for the fact I always do excercise everyday.. the reason why? because I ate much and loosing of diet control after got tired of some activities happen to me.
