Warm up to loose weight
Warming up for 5-10 minutes before each workout will help you lose more weight. Warm up makes your muscles more pliable and increases your range of motion. That means that you’ll use more muscle fibers as you exercise.
Choose a warm up during which you’ll use all your major muscles and joints, not just legs. You can walk and do arms circle or pump your arms up and down.

Good advice. I didn´t know that!! I knew you were supposed to do a warm up to get your muscles ready for the workout, but I didn´t know it could actually help you lose more weight! You learn something new every day!! Apparently using your arms whist walking can also burn extra calories!! These kinds of tips are always good to know.
