Great soup for a fall weather

pict0492.JPGWe made a butternut squash soup today. It tasted great with a nice nutrition value.

First you cut a thin slices of squash, carrots, onions and cellery.pict0494.JPG

pict0496.JPG You put a salt and freshly grounded pepper and little bit of olive oil on it. pict0497.JPG pict0498.JPGpict0504.JPG Grill all the veggies until it’s all soft.pict0505.JPGpict0506.JPG Put little bit of olive oil and a pint of chili peppers at the bottom of the pot.pict0507.JPG Dice a grilled veggies and put it in the pot.pict0508.JPG pict0510.JPG pict0511.JPGCook it for couple of minutes. Fill half of the pot with water and use 1 dice of vegetable bujon.pict0513.JPG pict0514.JPGCook another 5-10 minutes. Use a hand blander for a nice creamy texture before you are ready to serve it.pict0517.JPG It’s a great tasting soup with a nice smoky flavor. Enjoy!pict0520.JPG
