					<description>Very true! I never really worked out . But due to work I walk about 50 flights of stairs a day. My legs are always streched :) I went to the gym FINALLY and worked out my legs and upper body pretty good. Legs were fine....Upper body ..... :( I need a ambulance because im so sore. I think streching helps allot and am going to make it more of a habbit lol.</description>
