Push your muscles harder

shutterstock_5171891.JPG  The next time you strengh-train, don’t rest after your last rep. Instead, pick up a slightly lighter weight and do 3-5 more reps ( you can even reduce the weight again and squeeze out a few extra repetitions).

Switching to the lighter weight and continuing (called drop sets) fatigues all your muscle fibers and helps you build strength and get toned faster.
