Upper body Training for “Tennis Elbow”
One of my clients is recovering from Tennis Elbow. She asked me if I could develop a safe training plan for her. She wanted “elbow safe” upper body training. I consulted with her doctor all the posible exercises.
Do you recover from Tennis Elbow? Are you not sure about what exercise to choose? You can try this plan. Just remember:
- move slowly, don’t rush, and control your motion
- focus on the muscles not a weight
- hold all dumbbells and bars firmly in your palm, not on fingers; don’t squeeze too hard
