					<description>My favorite ice-cream replacement is chocolate pudding, the small snack size ones you get in the refrigerator section. It is really chocolatey but made with skim or low fat milk instead of pure cream. Still has sugar, but some come sugar free. Also bittersweet chocolate chips. A few really satisfy the craving without driving me over the deep-end. :)
