How many calories are in your cocktail?

shutterstock_20556841.JPG  When shopping you can take a look at the label and check out amount of calories, fat, sugar etc. You don’t usually find it on the bottle of wine, liquor or beer. Until the labels will be mandatory on all drinks maybe you’ll find this little guide helpful………

RED WINE

Tip:
Red wine is rich in antioxidants (polyphenols) which may lessen risk for cancer and heart disease
