• Dance, especially with your significant other or good friend, to get your heart pumping and lungs working - 327 calories in one hour, 517 in two hours;

Another reason to get back into my garden!
And the parking farther away really has helped me over the holidays–I lost 3.2 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas! And I wasn’t frustrated trying to find a parking spot LOL
