[...] Staying fit and eating healthy while traveling can sometimes be a habit we don’t stick with and for some it may be your natural way of life. But if you are like me you like to relax when you are traveling in your RV and just enjoy life and that includes eating, having fun, relaxing, eating and well eating! Ok, maybe not that much eating but when we hit the road in our RV for a trip I like to have a good time and not worry to much about exercise or eating healthy. But like most who are this way I do find myself feeling guilty…espcially after the holidays passing. We all know that we are guilty of eating wayyy to much at holiday events! So now that the holidays are over and I know it is time to get fit and start eating healthy, I want to make a good habit of it. We know it all can’t happen over night and if you are looking for support you may want to check out this great blog I came across called noexcusesgym.com this gal is great! She blogs often and on many helpful tips and things you can do to stay heathly and fit. I found her recent blog on healthly eating at a mexican restraunt very informative. She touches on many great topics and concerns from good gyms, to diebeties concerns, sleeping habits, vitamins and much more. I also found these easy tips a great way for any RVer to stay on the healthy path when traveling on the road! So to my goal and too yours for this new 2007 year! Good Luck! [...]

Great tips! I love Mexican food and am always trying to find the best choice as far as being healthy and weight wise. The fajaita sounds lovely and I can forgo the tortilla and just enjoy the meat and mainly those grilled veggies!
