Weight training #1

You’ll work all your body. Do 12- 15 reps on every exercise and choose challenging weight. Those 15 reps have to be hard, you should feel the burn.

    Hi Marcela,

    I love the little stick figures showing the exercises. I often draw exercises from magazines for later use in the same manner. Just one thing … it’s really hard to read upside down … LOL! I’d use my printer but I’m all out of ink.
