Hi Karina,
It is really hard work and hard work only to loose a fat. Try to each as much vegetable as possible.
Yes, you can try some supplements. These are what I recommend and which are safe to use:

There is nothing wrong with your diet. Unfortunately if you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables it may cause the blotting. It contains a lot of fiber and that is the reason of your blotting. Try cut your fruit intake and maybe eat more slowly.

Hi Cristina,
Yes, Oat meal is good for you. Just watch how big portions do you eat.
Are you just bloated or do you really gaining weight?
For sure don't skip breakfast, that may slow your metabolism. Watch your portion - 1/2 cup should be OK.
Please let me know how you do.

You are like my mom. She doesn't eat almost any vegatables. When I go out with her I always get a headache. It is hard to choose a restaurant where the meal is without any vegetables.
To your question.......
Try some supplements to support a weight loss plus watch what you eat. You'll find a recommended and safe supplements in this article:
Recomended Body Fat Metabolizing Supplements - under "Nutrition"
