Cut your workout, save your time, get more results

Are you resting too much during your workout? Do you talk to your friends half of the time? Are you sitting on a machine and resting for 60 seconds between sets?

Save your time and go for Supersets. Combine 2 exercises together like upper – lower body. Do one set upper body exercise and instead of resting do a set of lower body exercise or abs. Your upper body gets a rest and you’ll keep moving. That means that you’ll burn more calories, keep your heart rate up and save time. You can save 10-20 minutes of your time or you can fit 30% more exercises during your hour workout.
I do supersets almost every time when I train people. Not to save time (a training session is always 60 minutes long) but to fit more exercises into that hour. I like to see my clients moving and sweating. :-)
