A big cut of calories intake may stop your weight loss

If you cut your calories intake too much, less than 1200 a day, you may slow down your metabolism and start decreasing your muscle mass. Don’t take your diet to an extreme. Focus on healthy choices and portion control. Choose whole foods such as produce, fresh meat, fish and whole grains. Focus on a healthy lifestyle instead of trying to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks.
