Feeling depressed? Try some workout.

Work out vigorously for 30 minutes five times a week. A 2005 study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that activities such as running, biking, step aerobic and racewalking reduced the risk of depression by almost 50%, perhaps because they increased levels of serotonin (a mood-evelevating brain chemical). Feeling to tired to workout? Try some Yoga. Even one session may lower level of your stress hormones.
