Cutting Carbs will help you to lose weight – MYTH or TRUTH?

You need carbohydrates for energy because it is a “food” for your brain. It can make you feel rotten and unhealthy if you cut out your carbs in the wrong way.
Like with fats, some carbohydrates are better than others.
Many popular low-carb diets recommend 20 grams of carbs or less. This is very low! This level can make you fatigued, constipated, and irritable. You should eat a minimum of 130 grams of carbohydrates each day.
Long term ATKINS – style diets can increase your risk of heart disease and colon cancer.
The best is to cut back on refined carbs such as soda, deserts and all the food made with white flour.
Whole grain products, fruits and vegetables are always the best option!
