How were your workout during Holidays?
I have to be honest; I took my workout really easy during Holidays. But I did exercise!
How about you? I hope you took at least some walk between all the eating and sitting around. I saw just a few of my clients in a gym around Christmas and New Year. You can see how “serious� they are about exercising. Everyone is waiting for some miracle but it doesn’t exist. It is not an easy way but everyone can loose weight and improve the stamina. I was really proud of one of my clients (George D). He was in the gym everyday and he was working hard. I’m sure he’ll reach his goals.
I hope that you made these fitness commitments for the year 2006:
1. Don’s skip the workout
2. Watch your diet, especially sugar and fat intake.
3. Drink plenty of water – minimum 8 glasses a day.
