How were your workout during Holidays?

I have to be honest; I took my workout really easy during Holidays. But I did exercise!
How about you? I hope you took at least some walk between all the eating and sitting around. I saw just a few of my clients in a gym around Christmas and New Year. You can see how “serious” they are about exercising. Everyone is waiting for some miracle but it doesn’t exist. It is not an easy way but everyone can loose weight and improve the stamina. I was really proud of one of my clients (George D). He was in the gym everyday and he was working hard. I’m sure he’ll reach his goals.

I hope that you made these fitness commitments for the year 2006:
1. Don’s skip the workout
2. Watch your diet, especially sugar and fat intake.
3. Drink plenty of water – minimum 8 glasses a day.
