First watch your diet. Make your portions smaller and eat healthier. Eliminate a simple sugar from you diet, don't eat any sweets and fried food. 
Try to exercise every day even if you'll just walk. Remeber every minute counts. 
Ideally do cardio 5-6 times a week plus weight training 2-3 times a week.</description>
