Feel the Burn
Most of the people using less weight then they need to tone their bodies. I can see it every day in a gym. They are too easy on themselves. If you want to see results, you need to make it challenging. If you can easily make 12 or more repetitions the weight is too light for you. Pick up heavier weight and feel the burn. It’s a good pain! Last couple of repetitions has to be challenge and you should feel the burn in your muscles.
So, pick up those weights and work for it. You’ll see the definition sooner.

Hello I would like to know abs excerise are there any with weights so you can feel the burn!

Yes! You can hold dumbells during crunches. Hold dumbells still, don’t move your arms, only your torso is moving. You can also use a cable or elastic band for crunches or torso rotations.

Hello Migdalia,
First watch your diet. Make your portions smaller and eat healthier. Eliminate a simple sugar from you diet, don’t eat any sweets and fried food.
Try to exercise every day even if you’ll just walk. Remeber every minute counts.
Ideally do cardio 5-6 times a week plus weight training 2-3 times a week.
